Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy for eligible non-food items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that most of our products are food and consumables, which are non-returnable for hygiene and food safety reasons (see "Exceptions" below).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unopened, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we'll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Opened food or consumable products
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food or consumable products unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the eligible item you have (following the approved return process), and once your return is accepted, place a new order separately.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return eligible items within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
To qualify:
- The item must be unused and unopened
- In its original packaging
- With proof of purchase
Important: Since the majority of our products are food, beverages, and perishable goods, the 14-day cooling-off right does not apply to most items in our store, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time
