Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Migas! We ship our Argentine and Spanish specialties across Denmark using GLS via Shipmondo.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship within Denmark only. We do not ship to Greenland, the Faroe Islands, or international destinations at this time.

Shipping methods

We offer two delivery options at checkout:

  • GLS Pakkeshop — Your order is delivered to a GLS parcel shop near you for convenient pickup at your preferred time.
  • In-store pickup — Pick up your order free of charge at our shop: Korsørgade 36, st. 2, 2100 København Ø. You will receive an email when your order is ready.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout. Orders over 800 DKK qualify for free shipping within Denmark. This threshold may change in the future; the rate displayed at checkout is the rate that applies to your order.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery via GLS Pakkeshop takes 3–5 business days within Denmark.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.

Damaged or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at migasdenmark@gmail.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged packaging or product. We will work with GLS to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

For consumers in the European Union, the risk of loss or damage passes to you when you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the products, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Incorrect shipping information

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.
