Mate cocido is yerba mate brewed like tea, in a bag, in a mug. No gourd, no bombilla, no learning curve. Just hot water (around 80°C, not boiling) and three minutes.

Playadito comes from Cooperativa Agrícola de Liebig in Corrientes, one of the most loved cooperatives in Argentina. Their yerba is known for being smooth, slightly sweet and well balanced, which is exactly why it works so well in tea-bag format. A clean, herbaceous flavour without the strong bitterness some yerbas have.
