Perro Callejero Cabernet Franc (2023)

A Cabernet Franc from Bodega Mosquita Muerta in Mendoza, Argentina. The "Perro Callejero" line is a tribute to the stray dog: rough around the edges, full of character and surprisingly loyal once you get to know it.

Less common than Malbec in Argentina, Cabernet Franc brings something different to the table: red fruit, fresh herbs, a hint of bell pepper and a peppery finish. Medium-bodied, with bright acidity and elegant tannins.

Pairs beautifully with grilled lamb, roasted vegetables, mushroom risotto, hard cheeses and herbed dishes. Serve at 16-18°C.
